Whether you simply want to treat yourself to a break, urgently need real peace, long for touch, have physical ailments, or are dealing with burnout or other imbalances: we will find the right treatment for every situation!

In Ayurveda, there is a rich variety of different massages. The best-known and most frequently applied form by me is Abhyanga – the Ayurvedic full-body oil massage. Lots of warm oil, long, enveloping strokes, gentle holding, powerful deep tissue work, and artful massage techniques. A complete work of art tailored to you, which will leave you deeply relaxed and with a liberated and new sense of life and body.

Since 2009, I have been intensively engaged with the Ayurvedic principles and effects, and have learned various applications of Ayurvedic bodywork and massage. My work also incorporates meditative healing, as well as elements of Marma therapy. Yoga, meditation, dance, body awareness, and holistic nutrition are natural elements in my life.

Interested? I look forward to hearing from you! Abhyanga is the queen of massages – lots of warm oil, long, enveloping strokes, powerful deep tissue work, artful massage techniques, an eternal flow of spaciousness and warmth… I set the focus individually after a brief conversation and based on my intuition. It is like diving or emerging into the true nature of being – boundlessness, stillness, vitality, love, flow.[/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”Full Width Line” line_thickness=”1″ divider_color=”default” custom_height=”50″][vc_column_text css=”” text_direction=”default”]
A quick, dry massage with gloves made of rough raw silk. The friction stimulates the sensory nervous system and has an activating, metabolism-stimulating, and invigorating effect, and – incredibly stress-relieving. This is followed by a gentle, flowing massage with warm oil. Through this change, you can immerse yourself in a very special tranquility.[/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”Full Width Line” line_thickness=”1″ divider_color=”default” custom_height=”50″][vc_column_text css=”” text_direction=”default”]
This application has a strongly invigorating and activating, therapeutically stimulating, purifying, and detoxifying effect. Possible individually selected components of the powder: oat flakes, healing clay, mustard seeds, chili, ginger, pepper, turmeric, saffron, sandalwood, rose petals, chickpea flour, coconut flakes, among others.[/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”Full Width Line” line_thickness=”1″ divider_color=”default” custom_height=”50″][vc_column_text css=”” text_direction=”default”]
You are now carrying a lot; your body and soul are preparing for motherhood – qualities like nurturing, caring, carrying, and devotion grow. However, due to the special situation, worries, fears, thoughts, and plans may also arise. We address all of this, and you can recharge, relax, balance yourself, and most importantly: feel yourself. Depending on the month of pregnancy and your condition, you will mainly be massaged lying on your side. In Ayurveda, a pregnant woman is not massaged during the first 3 months. After that, you are most welcome![/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”Full Width Line” line_thickness=”1″ divider_color=”default” custom_height=”50″][vc_column_text css=”” text_direction=”default”]
Marma Chikitsa is the teaching and treatment of Marma points – these are centers of life force/Prana, the main force behind physiological and psychological processes. Marmas are connection points where flesh, veins, arteries, tendons, bones, and joints meet, and are therefore anatomical reflex points. These points are connected like a rosary by a common thread, or subtle channel called ‘Nadi’. Through treatment (from meditative to forceful and dynamic), the power of these vital points is strengthened, and the energy flow is revitalized by dissolving blockages.[/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”Full Width Line” line_thickness=”1″ divider_color=”default” custom_height=”50″][pricing_table style=”default”][pricing_column color=”Accent-Color” title=”60 min.” id=”1791038536386-10″ tab_id=”1791038536386-1″ price=”90″ currency_symbol=”€”][/pricing_column][pricing_column color=”Accent-Color” title=”90 min.” id=”1791038536398-0″ tab_id=”1791038536398-2″ price=”135″ currency_symbol=”€”][/pricing_column][/pricing_table][pricing_table style=”default”][pricing_column color=”Accent-Color” title=”120 min.” id=”1791038536415-8″ tab_id=”1791038536415-10″ price=”180″ currency_symbol=”€”][/pricing_column][pricing_column color=”Accent-Color” title=”150 min.” id=”1791038536437-2″ tab_id=”1791038536437-0″ price=”225″ currency_symbol=”€”][/pricing_column][pricing_column color=”Accent-Color” title=”180 min.” id=”1791038536459-6″ tab_id=”1791038536460-7″ price=”270″ currency_symbol=”€”][/pricing_column][/pricing_table][vc_column_text css=”” text_direction=”default”]All prices include an additional 30 min. for consultation, tea, and post-treatment rest.
